自60年代第一块运算放大器问世以来,人们一直从电路设计和工艺制造两个方面着手,努力改善其性能。如改进输入失调、温度漂移、噪声、共模抑制比,增益和长期稳定等,以求扩大它的应用范围。 70年代中后期,美国哈立斯公司研制成功动态校零运放A2900,从而使运放的失调、漂移、共模抑制比、增益等参数有了明显的提高。但A2900仍是双结型的产品,工艺和电路都比较复杂,给生产带来了一些困难,成本较高,不易普及使用。
Since the advent of the first op-amp in the 1960s, people have been working hard to improve their performance both in circuit design and manufacturing. Such as improving the input offset, temperature drift, noise, common mode rejection ratio, gain and long-term stability, in order to expand its scope of application. Mid-and-late 1970s, the United States Harris Corporation successfully developed a dynamic zero amplifier A2900, so that the op amp offset, drift, common mode rejection ratio, gain and other parameters have been significantly improved. However, the A2900 is still a dual-junction type product, the process and the circuit are more complicated, which bring some difficulties to the production, and the cost is high, which is not easy to be used universally.
