大都市的面貌日新月异,高层、超高层建筑勾勒出它的天空线轮廓,风格现代的建筑群色彩鲜明,绿地、林地,雕塑点缀其间,商业区、商务区、交通枢纽、娱乐区、住宅区被高架路、高速路、轻轨、地铁联系起来……人们在对大都市感到赏心悦目的同时,不期然对地价、房租、楼价、服务费用上升和交通堵塞也渐渐紧张起来。
