给大白鼠腹腔注射丹参水提物(5g生药/kg),对于结扎冠状动脉引起的急性心肌缺血有明显的预防作用,给药组动物由于心肌缺血而提高的心电图“S-T”段大大低于对照组,左室心肌缺血面积显著缩小,动物的存活率也有所提高。
Intraperitoneal injection of salvia miltiorrhiza water extract (5g crude drug/kg) for rats has a significant preventive effect on ligation of acute myocardial ischemia induced by coronary arteries, and electrocardiogram “ST” segment of animals in the administration group due to myocardial ischemia. It was significantly lower than the control group. The left ventricular myocardial ischemic area was significantly reduced and the animal survival rate was also increased.
