目的观察麒麟丸联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢致不孕女性基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、性激素水平和胰岛素相关指标影响及临床疗效。方法58例均为本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的患者,按就诊先后顺序进行编号,奇数分为对照组和偶数分为试验组,每组各29例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片口服治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予麒麟丸口服。均治疗3个月。治疗结束后,对所有患者的血清MMP-9、VEGF、HGF含量、血清黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素(T)水平、胰岛素(FINS)水平及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)水平及临床疗效进行检测。结果 (1)两组治疗前比较血清MMP-9、VEGF、HGF含量、性激素水平、胰岛素相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清MMP-9、VEGF、HGF含量,LH、T、FINS及ISI水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)与对照组比较,试验组患者血清MMP-9、VEGF、HGF含量、,LH、T、FINS及ISI水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)试验组患者排卵率(93.2%)、妊娠率(48.3%)均较对照组(分别为75.9%、27.6%)高(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸联合二甲双胍能够显著降低多囊卵巢综合征致不孕患者血清性激素LH、T水平、FINS水平以及MMP-9、VEGF、HGF含量,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高排卵率和妊娠率。
Objective To observe the effect of Kirin Pills combined with metformin on matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), sex hormone levels and insulin-related indexes in infertile women with polycystic ovary Efficacy. (2) The levels of serum MMP-9, VEGF, HGF, LH, T, FINS and ISI had statistical significance (P <0.05). (3) Compared with the control group, (P <0.05); (4) The ovulation rate (93.2%) and pregnancy rate (48.3%) in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group (75.9 %, 27.6%) (P <0.05). Conclusions Kirin Pill combined with metformin can significantly reduce the levels of serum sex hormones LH, T, FINS, MMP-9, VEGF and HGF in patients with infertility caused by PCOS, and improve insulin resistance and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
