《中国石油》月刊第7期刊文对国际大石油公司的组织结构进行了探讨,并以埃克森、美孚公司为例,归纳出“国际大石油公司组织结构的一般形式”,即分公司结构。笔者认为有必要做点补充,因为并非所有的石油公司都采用这种“一般形式”。 国际大石油公司采用什么样的组织结构,受多种因素的影响。大石油公司的大,一是经营范围大,二是经营领域广。由于大,它们不可能采取直接管理的方式,即所谓“一竿子插到底”的方式,需要设立一定的管理层次;由于大,对于不同内容和地区的业务,可能要采用不同的组织机构来管理;也由于大,它们的经营活动受国际上政治、经济等因素的影响也大,就需要及时进行组织创
