随着我国新一轮电力体制改革的不断深入,输配电价核定及售电侧改革在江西省电力体制改革层面的不断推进,对县级电网企业经营及发展带来多方面的深远影响。通过梳理输配电价改革的历程及基本思路,分析输配电价改革对江西县级电网企业的经营影响和预期风险,从市场营销、成本管控、有效资产等方面进行策略分析,以期为江西县级电网企业适应输配电价改革发展、提升经营管理水平提供参考借鉴。
With the deepening of the new round of power system reform in our country, the approval of transmission and distribution tariffs and the reform of the sales-side tariff system have made great progresses in the power system reform in Jiangxi Province and have far-reaching implications for the operation and development of county-level power grid enterprises in various aspects. By combing the history and basic ideas of the reform of transmission and distribution tariffs, this paper analyzes the impact and expected risks of transmission and distribution tariff reform on the county-level power grid enterprises in Jiangxi Province, and conducts strategic analysis in terms of marketing, cost control and effective assets, Power grid enterprises to adapt to the reform and development of transmission and distribution prices, improve management level to provide reference.
