用低应变速率方法测定了3种热处理状态的919铝合金的应力腐蚀敏感性,结果表明,3种状态合金的应力腐蚀敏感性顺序与在恒载荷试验中获得的结果具有很好的相关性。因而,低应变速率方法适用于919及其同类合金的应力腐蚀性能研究。
The stress corrosion susceptibility of 919 aluminum alloys in three heat treatments was measured by the low strain rate method. The results show that the stress corrosion susceptibility sequences of the three alloys have a good correlation with the results obtained in the constant load test. Thus, the low strain rate method is suitable for stress corrosion studies of 919 and its alloys.
