大量复杂的深层障碍物切割清理是上海市轨道交通四号线修复工程中的诸多难题之一,在综合比较同类设备性能的基础上,选用全回转钻机作为清障设备,结合该工程,对全回转钻机进行深层障碍物切割清理施工的设备情况、工作的基本原理以及在四号线修复工程中对隧道实施保护性切割的措施,对临江花苑大厦角点的切割措施等加以介绍。工程实践表明全回转钻机垂直精度好、施工效率高,在工程中针对具体情况采取的相应措施行之有效,成果可为其它同类工程提供借鉴与参考。
A large number of complex deep obstruction cutting and cleaning is one of the many problems in the repair project of Metro Line 4 in Shanghai. Based on a comprehensive comparison of the performance of similar equipment, a full-rotary drilling rig is selected as the obstacle clearance equipment. Combined with the project, Rotary drilling rig for deep obstacle cutting and cleaning construction equipment, basic principles of work and in the fourth line restoration project to implement protective cutting of the tunnel measures, Linjiang Garden Court corner cutting measures are introduced. The engineering practice shows that the rotary drilling rig has good vertical accuracy and high construction efficiency. The corresponding measures taken in the project are effective and can provide references for other similar projects.
