基于制造企业服务化、技术创新产出与企业经营绩效关系的分析构建联立方程模型,以设备制造业上市公司为样本,利用系统估计法检验变量间关系。结果表明:服务化和技术创新产出对企业经营绩效具有积极的直接影响作用,制造企业服务化通过对技术创新产出的负面作用,对经营绩效产生间接的负面影响;企业经营绩效对服务化程度的影响不显著,而技术创新产出对服务化具有显著的促进作用,即制造企业服务化是创新驱动型的内生性成长行为。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between service innovation, technological innovation output and business performance of manufacturing enterprises, a simultaneous equation model is established. Taking the equipment manufacturing listed companies as samples, the system estimation method is used to test the relationship between variables. The results show that the service and technology innovation output have a positive and direct effect on the business performance, the negative effect of manufacturing enterprise service on technology innovation output has an indirect negative impact on business performance, But the effect of technological innovation is not significant, while the output of technological innovation has a significant role in promoting the service. That is, the service-oriented manufacturing enterprises are innovation-driven endogenous growth.
