将轧辊与轧件的接触弧分段,用直线近似轧辊与轧件的接触弧。在卡尔曼微分方程的基础上,得到了前滑区、后滑区分段轧制力计算公式,积分后得到总轧制力计算公式。对不同条件下的热模拟试验机压缩试验数据,利用lstopt软件进行非线性拟合,得到铝合金变形抗力与变形温度、变形速率和变形程度之间的数学关系式。

The integral rolling force formula is obtained after integration. Under different conditions, the thermal simulation test machine compression test data, using lstopt software nonlinear fit, get the deformation resistance of aluminum alloy deformation temperature, deformation rate and the degree of deformation between the mathematical relationship.
