随着绿色能源的推广与普及,锂电池材料的需求量逐年攀升。回转炉以其产量大、占地小、辅助装置少等优势,在电池材料烧结领域越来越受到重视。文章介绍了锂电池材料某钴酸锂前驱体低温烘干回转炉的主要设计计算过程,并对加热装置、密封装置、保温层等关键结构进行了优化设计,提出了相应的高性能结构。投产运行表明,该回转炉产能高、运行平稳、产品质量好。
With the popularization and popularization of green energy, the demand for lithium battery materials has been increasing year by year. Rotary furnace with its large output, small footprint, less auxiliary devices and other advantages, more and more attention in the field of battery materials sintering. In this paper, the design and calculation of a lithium cobalt oxide precursor for low temperature drying rotary kiln are introduced. The key structures such as heating device, sealing device and thermal insulation layer are optimized and the corresponding high performance structure is proposed. Production operation shows that the rotary kiln high productivity, smooth operation, good product quality.
