体外培养SW872细胞,油酸诱导其分化为成熟的脂肪细胞,然后加入重组人白细胞介素6 (IL-6)观察其对SW872成熟脂肪细胞促酰化蛋白(ASP)分泌的影响。结果显示0.6mmol/L油酸刺激72 h能成功诱导SW872前脂肪细胞分化为成熟的脂肪细胞；IL-6对SW872成熟脂肪细胞ASP的分泌具有明显的抑制作用,且表现为时间和剂量依赖效应。
SW872 cells were cultured in vitro and induced to differentiate into mature adipocytes by oleic acid. Then the recombinant interleukin-6 (IL-6) was added to observe the effect on the production of acylated protein (ASP) in SW872 mature adipocytes. The results showed that 0.6 mmol / L oleic acid stimulated 72 h successfully induced SW872 preadipocytes to differentiate into mature adipocytes; IL-6 significantly inhibited the secretion of ASP of SW872 mature adipocytes, and showed time and dose-dependent effects .
