针对紧邻苏州地铁2号线隧道基坑施工工程,从方案优化的角度出发,遵循时空效应原理设计提出了相应的控制隧道变形的技术措施。采用三维有限元法模拟分析了基坑开挖引起的环境效应,选用更适合模拟岩土行为的修正摩尔库伦模型,分析整个施工过程中基坑与临近地铁的受力和变形情况。本工程采用顺挖法施工,利用多道混凝土配合边桁架的支撑形式增加支撑体系的刚度和强度,对地连墙采用三轴水泥土搅拌桩进行预加固等技术措施,可有效减小对紧邻地铁的影响,为类似的设计和施工提供了参考。
In view of the construction project of the foundation pit near the tunnel No.2 of Suzhou Metro, from the perspective of program optimization, the corresponding technical measures for controlling tunnel deformation are proposed according to the principle of space-time effect. The three-dimensional finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the environmental effect caused by the excavation of the foundation pit. The modified Mohr-Coulomb model, which is more suitable for simulating the geotechnical behavior, was selected to analyze the stress and deformation of the foundation pit and the adjacent subway during the whole construction process. The project adopts the method of forward excavation, the use of multi-channel concrete with the support form of side truss to increase the stiffness and strength of the support system, and the pre-reinforcement of the ground wall with three-axis cement-soil mixing pile, which can effectively reduce the impact on adjacent The impact of the MTR provides a reference for similar design and construction.
