类脂质渐进性坏死(NL)是一种罕见的肉芽肿病伴结缔组织渐进性坏死,较常发生于胫前,约70％的患者有糖尿病。新近报告一些患者病变皮肤的血管周围有免疫球蛋白,提示本病是一种免疫复合物性皮肤血管炎。另有报告 NL 病变皮肤有部分或完全的感觉缺失,提示一种潜在的神经损伤与皮肤渐进性坏死过程有关。作者报告14例典型的 NL 及其临床、神经病学和免疫组织化学的表现。14例中12例为女性,10例患糖尿 Lipoid progressive necrosis (NL) is a rare granulomatous disease with progressive necrosis of connective tissue, occurring more frequently in the tibia and about 70% of patients have diabetes. Recently reported that some patients with diseased skin around the blood vessels with immunoglobulin, suggesting that the disease is an immune complex of cutaneous vasculitis.
