利用国内外一致公认的与衰老有关的4项指标SOD,LPO,MAO,HYP来观察石斛和五味子这2味中药对新西兰家兔(36~42月)的抗衰作用。结果表明:石斛、五味子煎剂浓缩液分别灌胃新西兰兔4周后,石斛组和五味子组的SOD含量均较用药前显著增高(P<0.001)石斛组LPO较用药前显著下降(P<0.02),MAO值亦较用药前下降,并有非常显著的差异(P<0.001),五味子组的LPO、MAO两者均较用药前显著性下降(P<0.001)。另外,石斛组能显著提高血清HYP水平(P<0.002),而五味子组则无明显的影响。对照组饲养1月后,SOD,HYP呈下降趋势,LPO,MAO呈上升趋势,但除LPO有显著性增高(P<0.001)其余均无显著差异(P>0.05)。再者,在增加体重方面.用药1月后,石斛组平均增加0.16kg、五味子组基本不变,而对照组饲养前后体重减轻0.64kg。实验结果表明:石斛,五味子均有抗衰老作用,而石斛的抗衰作用范围较五味子更广泛,更全面。
Using the 4 indicators commonly associated with aging, SOD, LPO, MAO, HYP, which are commonly recognized at home and abroad, to observe the anti-aging effects of the two herbs, Dendrobium and Schisandra, on New Zealand rabbits (36-42 months). The results showed that SOD content in Dendrobium group and Schisandra group were significantly higher than those before administration (P<0.001). After D.strativa and Schisandra decoction concentrates were administered to New Zealand rabbits for 4 weeks, the SOD content in Dendrobium group was significantly lower than before administration (P<0.02). ), MAO values were also decreased before treatment, and there is a very significant difference (P <0.001), LPO, MAO of the Schisandra group were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.001). In addition, Dendrobium can significantly increase serum HYP levels (P < 0.002), while the Schisandra group had no significant effect. After 1 month of feeding in the control group, the SOD and HYP showed a downward trend, and the LPO and MAO showed an upward trend, but there was no significant difference except for the LPO (P<0.001) (P>0.05). In addition, in terms of weight gain, after 1 month of treatment, the Shiqi group increased by an average of 0.16 kg, and the Wuweizi group remained basically unchanged, while the control group lost 0.64 kg before and after feeding. The experimental results show that both Dendrobium and Schisandra have anti-aging effects, and the anti-aging effect of Dendrobium is wider and more comprehensive than that of Schisandra.
