建筑业一直被认为是一个低产出、低创新的产业,这与建筑企业不善于从经验中学习、可借鉴的学习资源匮乏有很大的关系。本文特从组织学习的基础——个人学习入手,对我国建筑企业员工学习的现状进行调查分析并得出结论:建筑企业员工对学习的认识过于狭隘,知识共享意识、团队合作意识差,学习尚局限于个人层面,没有上升到组织层面;“干中学”、“用中学”、面授等传统的学习方式仍是员工学习形式的主体;学习时间少、缺乏有经验的员工指导、学习资源匮乏则是制约我国建筑企业员工学习的关键因素。
