燕山石化公司青年人才培养以及团青培训一直受到公司领导的高度重视。在新媒体的推动下,团员青年具有区别于其他类培训对象的独特优势,创新培训方式迫在眉睫。据调查统计,公司35岁以下青年3700多人中全部为电脑网民和手机网民,这就为利用新媒体创新团青培训工作提供了必备条件。同时,中石化远程培训平台和手机移动客户端为利用新媒体创新团青培训工作提供了必要保障。
