为使铸铁强韧化,近来,对铸铁,特别是球墨铸铁,着重于改善基体组织的研究。结合铸铁的特征,将钢的强韧化处理应用于铸铁,同样可获得显著的效果。本文结合我厂的部分试验及生产,综述国内外新的铸铁强韧化处理及其机理。一、铸铁的机械性能及断裂一般来说,钢在断裂前的延伸率可达40%左右,而延性最好的铁素体型球墨铸铁的延伸率只有25%,普通铸铁却在1%以下。铸铁的拉伸强度为硬度相同的钢的1/2左
