采用SIEMENS公司的Wincc/S7 3 0 0控制系统 ,实现了鲁南矿业公司立式磁选机选矿生产线的基本控制功能 ;带偏置补偿PID控制回路的应用 ,提高了二段浓度控制的响应速度 ,并减少了控制超调 ;针对浓度干扰因素多、大滞后、易超调的特点 ,采用模糊控制技术研究并开发了浓度模糊控制模型 ,应用并实现了一段浓度的控制 ,控制精度在设定值 2 %以内。精矿品位从原来的 64 3 %上升到 64 7% ,回收率提高了0 6% ,精矿产量提高 2 %以上。
The SIEMENS Wincc / S7 300 control system has realized the basic control function of vertical magnetic separator beneficiation production line in Lunan Mining Company.
