目的 :评价必克幼和生物蛙灭蚊幼效果 ,探讨灭蚊幼效果综合评价方法。方法 :实验室和现场试验调查2种方法。结果 :从现场试验来看 ,必克幼在 5ml m2 的剂量下 ,第 3d蚊幼密度下降达 97.5 % ,蚊蛹密度下降率达92 .7%。另外从 5、7、15d观察结果看 ,蚊幼密度下降率始终保持在 97%以上。生物蛙在 10ml m2 的剂量下 ,第 3d蚊幼密度出现 96%的下降率 ,而蛹的下降率较低 ,仅为 2 0 %。但 5~ 15d后的结果逐渐接近了必克幼。从实验室结果看 ,与现场试验结果相吻合。结论 :2种制剂对蚊幼均具有明显的杀灭作用 ,前者效果好于后者。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of Kiez-young and bio-frogs on mosquito killing, and to explore the comprehensive evaluation method of mosquito-killing effect. Methods: Two methods were investigated in laboratory and field test. Results: From the field test, in the dose of 5 ml m2, the density of 3d mosquito decreased by 97.5% and the density of mosquito pupa dropped by 92.7%. In addition, from 5,7,15d observation results, mosquito density decline rate remained above 97%. The bio-frog at the dose of 10ml m2 showed a 96% decline in the density of the mosquito on the 3rd day, while the rate of decline in the pupae was only 20%. However, after 5 ~ 15d the results gradually close to the grams of young. From the laboratory results, it is in good agreement with the field test results. Conclusion: The two preparations have obvious killing effect on mosquito, the former is better than the latter.
