生鲜食品的质量安全问题日前越来越受到人们的关注,由于现阶段冷链库存和运输费用仍较高,生鲜食品供应链上各节点企业均没有足够的动力单独对生鲜食品进行质量保证,导致生鲜食品的质量提升达到瓶颈。本文针对这一问题,在假设市场需求与生鲜食品质量和价格之间存在相关关系的基础上,分析和比较分散式决策下和集中式决策下供应链企业的利润水平和最优决策,从而设计相应的供应链质量控制协调契约,达到供应商利润、零售商利润、供应链质量控制水平三方的共赢。
Fresh food quality and safety issues have been more and more people’s attention recently, as the cold chain inventory and transportation costs are still high at this stage, fresh food supply chain nodes companies are not enough power alone on fresh food quality Guarantee, leading to the quality of fresh food bottlenecks. In this paper, we analyze and compare the profit level and optimal decision of supply chain enterprises under decentralized and decentralized decision-making based on the assumption of the correlation between market demand and fresh food quality and price. Design the corresponding supply chain quality control coordination contract, achieve the win-win situation of the supplier’s profit, the retailer’s profit and the supply chain quality control level.
