辽宁省人民政府:你省报送的《关于报送沈阳证券交易中心清理整顿方案的函》(辽政[1998]206号)收悉。根据国办发[1998]135号和我会证监[1998]53号文件精神,经研究,现批复如下:一、同意沈阳证券交易中心清产核资和业务分流的工作方案。请你们组织有关方面认真落实,按时完成清理整顿证券交易中心任务。
Liaoning Provincial People’s Government: You Provincial Department reported “on the Shenyang stock exchange for cleaning up the rectification program letter” (Liao Zheng [1998] No. 206) was received. According to the document issued by the State Council [1998] No. 135 and I Zheng Jian [1998] No. 53, upon approval, the following is hereby approved: I. To agree the work plan of clearing and capital verification and business diversion for Shenyang Stock Exchange. Please organize the relevant parties to conscientiously implement them and finish the task of clearing and reorganizing the securities trading center on time.
