以PLoS ONE为案例,调查分析了开放存取(Open Acess,OA)期刊国际化出版策略,包括出版语言国际化、出版周期国际化、作者队伍国际化、编委构成国际化、读者分布国际化和经营理念国际化,并针对中国科技期刊国际化出版中存在的问题提出了对策与建议。
Taking PLoS ONE as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the international publishing strategies of Open Access (OA) periodicals, including internationalization of publishing languages, internationalization of publication cycles, internationalization of author teams, internationalization of editorial boards, internationalization of readership distribution And internationalization of business philosophy, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in the internationalization publication of Chinese sci-tech periodicals.
