Many national newspapers and periodicals often talk about children’s literature and children’s education. The Soviet “Literary Journal” regularly discusses the column of children’s literature. The “Literary Criticism” magazine also held a round table on children’s literature. Here we only give a brief account of the discussion of the Children’s Literature Roundtable published in the 12th issue of the Literary Review.
