目的通过对宁德市市售蔬菜的农药污染现状分析,提出控制农药污染的对策和建议,为食品安全监督提供依据。方法采用多组独立样本卡方检验,对2010—2012年宁德市蔬菜农药污染监测资料进行分析。结果2010—2012年共抽检样品252份,总检出率52.0%,农药检出浓度0.005~0.369mg/kg;以叶菜类检出率最高(63.0%),果菜类56.2%,花菜类50.0%,块茎类最低(0),检出率呈逐年下降趋势;夏季检出率最高(70.0%),春季检出率最低(31.3%),秋季47.1%。结论宁德市蔬菜菊酯类农药残留检出率较高,应加强菊酯类农药的管理,加强农民合理使用农药的意识,降低蔬菜菊酯类农药污染。
Objective To analyze the status quo of pesticide pollution on vegetables sold in Ningde City and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for controlling pesticide pollution so as to provide the basis for food safety supervision. Methods By using multiple independent samples chi-square test, the monitoring data of vegetable pesticide pollution in Ningde City from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 252 samples were collected from 2010 to 2012, with a total detection rate of 52.0% and a pesticide detection limit of 0.005 to 0.369 mg / kg. The highest detection rate was leafy vegetables (63.0%), fruits and vegetables 56.2%, cauliflower 50.0 The lowest detection rate was found in summer (70.0%), lowest in spring (31.3%) and 47.1% in autumn. Conclusion The detection rate of vegetable pesticide residues in vegetables is relatively high in Ningde City. Management of pyrethrum pesticides should be strengthened to enhance farmers’ consciousness of using pesticides reasonably and reduce the pollution of pesticides in vegetables.
