在复合材料制备的冷却过程及其随后固溶处理的淬火过程中均会在复合材料中引入一定的残余内应力.残余应力不仅对复合材料的变形与断裂产生重要影响,而且还会影响复合材料的尺寸稳定性.一般说来,对复合材料性能影响最大的是基体中的残余应力.本文将SICw/Al复合材料在不同温度下保温相同时间后水淬,而后对复合材料基体Al的X-射线衍射峰的宽度及其相应的面间距进行测量和分析.从而研究复合材料的残余热应变及其变化规律.
