随着我国旅游业的快速发展,旅游景区的数量也呈现出爆发式的增长。相较于景区数量的快速变化,旅游景区的管理和服务却没有得到应有的提高。一方面,部分景区陷入经营困境、另一方面,旅游景区的突发事件也屡次发生。这都折射出旅游景区在日常管理尤其是景区的危机管理方面存在不少缺陷。本文针对这一现象,尝试对旅游景区的经营危机给出一些简要分析与建议。同时,以九寨沟游客滞留事件为背景,希望通过事件的回顾和反思能对旅游景区的危机管理提出一定对策。
With the rapid development of tourism in our country, the number of tourist attractions also shows explosive growth. Compared to the rapid changes in the number of scenic spots, tourist attractions management and services have not been properly improved. On the one hand, some scenic spots into operational difficulties, on the other hand, the sudden occurrence of scenic spots have also occurred repeatedly. All this reflects that there are many shortcomings in the daily management of scenic spots, especially the crisis management of scenic spots. In response to this phenomenon, this paper attempts to give some brief analysis and suggestions on the operational crisis of tourist attractions. At the same time, taking the Jiuzhaigou tourist stranded event as the background, I hope that through the review and reflection of the incident, we can put forward some countermeasures to the crisis management of tourist attractions.
