利用ISSR分子标记技术对32株不同的尖孢镰孢菌进行遗传多样性分析,从遗传多样性角度探讨尖孢镰孢菌专化型。结果表明:11条引物共扩增出109条带,其中多态性条带99条,占总条带数的90.82%,扩增的条带大小为120~2 000bp。供试的32株尖孢镰孢菌的遗传相似系数在0.64~0.91,在相似系数0.705的条件下菌株被分为5个类群。同一类群中,相同寄主菌株之间的遗传相似性与菌株的地理来源无明显的相关性。
ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 32 different Fusarium oxysporum isolates, and to explore the specific types of Fusarium oxysporum from the perspective of genetic diversity. The results showed that a total of 109 bands were amplified with 11 primers, of which 99 were polymorphic, accounting for 90.82% of the total number of bands. The amplified bands ranged from 120 to 2 000 bp. The tested 32 Fusarium oxysporum genetic similarity coefficient of 0.64 to 0.91, 0.705 in the similarity coefficient of the strains were divided into five groups. In the same taxa, the genetic similarity between the same host strains was not significantly related to the geographical origin of the strains.
