为了提高镀锌层的耐蚀性,在纯锌浴中加入质量分数小于0.5%的Ni,V,Al,Mg元素,制备了热浸ZnAl-Mg-Ni-V合金镀层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析对镀层组织、结构成分进行观察和分析,通过中性盐雾试验和电化学试验将热浸Zn-Al-Mg-Ni-V合金镀层与纯锌镀层的耐蚀性进行对比。结果表明:热浸Zn-Al-Mg-NiV合金镀层的耐蚀性较传统镀锌层的有了很大提高,镀层主体结构没有发生明显变化。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of galvanized coating, hot-dip ZnAl-Mg-Ni-V alloy coating was prepared by adding Ni, V, Al and Mg in mass fraction to less than 0.5% in pure zinc bath. The structure and microstructure of the coating were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg-Ni-V alloy coating and pure zinc coating Corrosion resistance for comparison. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg-NiV alloy coating is much higher than that of the traditional zinc coating, and the main structure of the coating does not change significantly.
