由辽河油田工会牵头举办的职工技术创新经验交流与成果发布会,激起了十万石油职工再次岗位创新的热潮。作为一个以稠油开发为主、步入开发建设中后期的老油田,辽河油田正处于深化改革、创新发展的关键阶段。面对低油价带来的现实挑战,工会组织开展了以劳模、专家、职工三个技术创新工作室为阵地的职工技术创新活动,助力企业以创新驱动发展。一年来,两级行政和工会累计投入创新工作室创建启动、立项运行和成果奖励的资金达千万
Liaohe Oilfield Trade Union led by the staff technology innovation experience exchange and results conference, aroused one hundred thousand oil workers post innovation boom again. As a heavy oil development, and into the development and construction of the latter part of the old oil fields, Liaohe Oilfield is in the deepening of reform, a critical stage of innovation and development. In the face of the real challenges brought by low oil prices, the trade unions organized technological innovation activities for staff and workers with three technical innovation studios featuring model workers, experts and staff and helped them develop with innovation. Over the past year, two levels of administration and labor unions have invested in innovation studios to create a total of 10 million yuan in funds for start-up, project operation and achievement awards
