在山西沁水盆地东南缘单斜构造带上,发现投产几年后的煤层气生产井,套管变形破损严重,导致煤层垮塌,堵塞了产气通道。用常规修复套管的方法存在着一定弊端,而采用膨胀筛管技术修复套管,能克服常规修复所存在的缺点。本文就膨胀筛管的工艺技术、施工过程、性能指标做了详细介绍,并说明这项技术的优点:工序简单,性能稳定,应用广泛,可用于套管腐蚀穿孔、套管错断的修复和砾石填充防砂等工艺。
On the monocline belt in the southeastern margin of Qinshui Basin, Shanxi Province, it was discovered that CBM production wells were put into operation several years ago, causing serious casing deformation and collapse, causing the coal seam to collapse and clogging the gas production channel. There are some drawbacks with the conventional method of repairing the cannula, but the expanded screen technique is used to repair the cannula, which can overcome the shortcomings of conventional repairs. In this paper, the expansion screen technology, construction process, performance indicators are described in detail, and illustrates the advantages of this technology: simple process, stable performance, wide range of applications, can be used for casing corrosion perforation, casing fault repair and Gravel sand filling process.
