目的采用豚鼠模型比较不同中、西药注射剂的致敏性。方法对清开灵、双黄连、丹参注射剂和盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射剂、甘草酸二铵注射剂进行豚鼠致敏性试验,以豚鼠血浆中5-羟色胺变化水平为依据,分析比较各注射剂的致敏性。结果注射清开灵注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min,血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为85.47%;注射双黄连注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为48.34%;注射丹参注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为9.37%;注射左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为69.71%;注射甘草酸二铵注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为12.51%。结论中、西药注射剂均会产生不同程度不良反应,因此,目前所提出的中药注射剂的安全性差或过敏反应发生率高于西药注射剂的说法是不严谨的。
Objective To compare the sensitization of different Chinese and western medicine injection by guinea pig model. Methods The guinea pig sensitization test was conducted on Qingkailing, Shuanghuanglian, Salviae miltiorrhizae and levofloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection. Based on the changes of serotonin in plasma of guinea pig, the sensitization of each injection was compared Sex. Results The increase of serotonin in plasma of guinea pigs injected with Qingkailing injection at 30 min post-challenge was 85.47%. The increase of serotonin in plasma of guinea pigs injected with Shuanghuanglian injection 30 min after challenge With an average of 48.34%. The average plasma concentration of serotonin in guinea pigs injected with Salviae miltiorrhizae injection was 9.37% at 30 min post-challenge. In guinea pigs injected with levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection, serotonin The average rate of increase was 69.71%. The average increase rate of serotonin in plasma of guinea pigs injected with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection at 30 min after challenge was 12.51%. Conclusion, Western medicine injection will produce different degrees of adverse reactions, therefore, the current proposed Chinese medicine injections poor security or allergic reaction incidence is higher than western medicine injection is not rigorous.
