The sodium aescinate was measured by HPL C and detected with an evaporative light detector (ELSD) to obtain the HPL C-EL SD fingerprint. A comparative study of different samples of sodium aescinate for injection showed that the HPL C-EL SD fingerprint accurately shows the quality of the sample. The results are intuitive and reliable.
