我队第二分队某钻机在4月8号发生一次脱落钻头的孔内事故(厚壁钻粒钻头长为370毫米),处理过程中,由于操作不注意而连续造成两次事故加事故。一次是在扫钻头内岩心时,把一根1.5米长的50毫米钻杆掉入孔内,后来,在下50毫米的雌形矢锥捞钻杆时,又将矢锥上部异径接手丝扣部分断掉。这样一来,事故就比较严重,更加复杂,难于处理,先后采取很多方法处理都无效。这种严重的复杂事故如处理不当,就有报废钻孔的可能。在分队党支部具体领导下,召开了技术研究会,经过大家认真详细分析研究。决定采取孔内爆破法扩大孔径来处理,结果,仅用了2小时30分就恢复了生产。具体做法简介如下。
