目的探讨基层放射工作人员职业健康状况。方法选择2015年在我单位体检的279名乡镇卫生院放射工作人员为观察组,另外选择同年在我单位体检的所有从事放射诊断和放射技术工作的2017名人员为对照组,分析其职业健康体检结果的相关指标。结果观察组工作人员职业健康检查结果异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);放射工龄10~20年组和>20年组工作人员职业健康检查结果异常率分别与<10年组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员外周血WBC异常率和淋巴细胞微核发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基层单位放射工作人员的健康损伤相对更加严重。
Objective To explore the occupational health status of grass-roots radiation workers. METHODS: A total of 279 health workers from township hospitals undergoing medical examination in our hospital in 2015 were selected as the observation team. In addition, all the 2017 personnel engaged in radiodiagnosis and radiological techniques in our unit were selected as the control group, and their occupational health examination Relevant indicators of the results. Results The abnormal rate of occupational health examination results in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The abnormal rates of occupational health examination results of workers in the 10 to 20 years and the 20 years group were respectively compared with <10 years group, (P <0.05). The WBC abnormality rate and lymphocyte micronucleus incidence in the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The health damage of radiation workers in the grassroots units is relatively more serious.
