糖尿病并发脑梗死亦较为多见,本文随机抽取我院1995～1998年间住院的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者39例进行回顾性分析。 资料和方法 一、临床资料:本组病例均符合WHO糖尿病诊断标准,发生脑梗死前均经糖尿病专科诊断为Ⅱ型糖尿病。39例患者中男性24例,女性15例,年龄在45～84岁之间,平均65岁。糖尿病史0.5～20年,平均6.3年。病后首次血糖
