以ａ－苯乙胺为起始原料，经缩合，环合和氧化四步反应合成甲咪酯。各步反应均以甲苯为溶剂，且Ｃ、Ｎ的酰化同步一次完成，缩短合成步骤，简化操作，总收率为５５．７％。
