The authors treated 4 74 anticoagulants (mean age 45 years, 202 males and 2 72 females) and 4 74 matched controls. The serum level of Ⅺ factor antigen was measured by ELISA and monoclonal antibody (Ⅺ - 5). The results were expressed as a percentage.
