对平行流换热器空气侧的百叶窗翅片建立流固耦合的三维模型运用Laminar方法进行数值模拟,结果表明传热与阻力特性与实验关联式吻合较好;为进一步阐明空气侧的强化传热翅片的性能,用传热-泵耗功率函数法分析了不同的翅片高度、窗翅高度、翅片厚度和翅片节距等结构参数下的百叶窗翅片性能,得到了一组综合性能较好的百叶窗翅片结构参数。
The Laminar method was used to simulate the three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling model of louver fins on the air side of the parallel-flow heat exchanger.
