Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: The clinical features of 832 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were retrospectively analyzed. The main contents included age, gender, previous medical history, first symptom, visiting pattern, visiting time and clinical diagnosis. Results: (1) 232 patients (27.9%) recovered spontaneously and 28 patients (3.4%) eventually discharged from hospital, of which 67.9% (19/28) and 32.1% (9/28) recovered and left neurological deficits / 28). ② The recovery rate of spontaneous circulation was 29.9% (184/616) in hospital resuscitation patients, which was higher than that of hospital resuscitation patients (22.2%, 48/216; P <0.05); ③ The most common symptom of initial resuscitation was respiratory arrest (37.6%, 313/832) and neurological symptoms (37.5%, 312/832); ④The rate of complete recovery of patients with cardiovascular disease recovery was 100.0% (7/7), significantly higher than that of the respiratory disease group (66.6% (P0.05) and nervous system disease group (0,0 / 4; P <0.01) .⑤The spontaneous circulation recovery rate of cardiac arrest caused by accidents such as electric shock, drowning and self-sufficiency was 31.7% (13 / 41), similar to the trauma group (35.4%, 45/127; P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Although the final discharge rate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients is still relatively low, patients with resuscitation and cardiovascular disease, accidents and trauma in hospital have a relatively high success rate of recovery.
