晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)是体内蛋白质与还原糖在无酶条件下发生反应后的产物。AGEs与机体衰老密切相关,病理情况下AGEs通过直接影响卵巢功能,以及通过参与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的发生发展,对女性生殖产生重要影响。
Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are the products of proteins and reducing sugars that react without enzyme. AGEs are closely related to the aging of the body. AGEs play an important role in female reproduction by directly affecting the ovarian function and participating in the development of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis (EMs) under pathological conditions.
