金属板料无模渐近成形技术是国际上一种新兴的快速成形技术。本文根据自行开发、研制的单点渐近成形机的工作原理,提出一种可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、实时性好的控制系统,并分析其硬件及软件结构特点。该系统的成功运行,填补了国内在无模单点渐近成形技术研究方面的空白。
Metal plate dieless asymptotic forming technology is an emerging world of rapid prototyping technology. Based on the working principle of single point asymptotic forming machine developed by ourselves, this paper presents a control system with high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and good real-time performance, and analyzes its hardware and software structural features. The successful operation of this system has filled the gap in the research on the asymptotic formation technology of single mode without mold.
