目的 :从实验角度证实黄芪建中汤治疗脾虚证的内在机制与增强酶蛋白活动直接相关。方法 :采用大鼠大黄脾虚模型 ,用黄芪建中汤治疗。比较治疗前后大鼠一般状况的改变 ,以及对胃粘膜组织细胞中三磷酸腺苷酶 ( Mg-ATPase)、琥珀酸脱氢酶 ( SDH)和碳酸酐酶( CA)等酶活性的影响。结果 :脾虚大鼠的上述酶组织化学指标明显低于正常组 ;黄芪建中汤可使之提高至正常水平。结论 :提示组织细胞代谢低下是脾虚证的重要表现之一 ,黄芪建中汤对此有调整作用
Objective: To verify from an experimental perspective that the internal mechanism of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in treating spleen deficiency syndrome is directly related to the enhancement of enzyme protein activity. Methods: Rats with rhubarb spleen deficiency model were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction. Changes in the general condition of rats before and after treatment were compared, as well as the effects on the activity of enzymes such as Mg-ATPase, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) in gastric mucosal tissue cells. Results: The above-mentioned enzyme histochemical indexes of the spleen deficiency rats were significantly lower than that of the normal group; Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction could be increased to normal levels. Conclusion: It is suggested that the low metabolism of tissue cells is one of the important manifestations of spleen deficiency syndrome.
