细胞周期蛋白D是周期素家族的重要成员,它调控G1—S期的转移。而研究表明:肿瘤的形成主要是G1期到S期的转换失调。细胞周期蛋白D有3种亚型(细胞周期蛋白D1、细胞周期蛋白D2、细胞周期蛋白D3)。它们有相似的表达结果。细胞周期蛋白D1是近年来提出的重要的原癌基因,在细胞周期的调控中起重要的作用,它与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。在肺癌,细胞周期蛋白D1的过表达主要发生于非小细胞肺癌,细胞周期蛋白D1的过表达不仅与肿瘤细胞高的分化率有关,而且在肿瘤的分化过程中起到促进作用。细胞周期蛋白D2已被证实为原癌基因,也是G1期向S期转移所必须的。细胞周期蛋白D3尚未被证实为原癌基因。本文对细胞周期蛋白D的表达与肺癌的关系作简要综述。
Cyclin D is an important member of the cyclin family and regulates the G1-S metastasis. Studies have shown that the formation of tumors is mainly a shift from G1 phase to S phase. There are three subtypes of cyclin D (cyclin D1, cyclin D2, and cyclin D3). They have similar expressions. Cyclin D1 is an important proto-oncogene proposed in recent years and plays an important role in the regulation of cell cycle. It is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In lung cancer, the overexpression of cyclin D1 mainly occurs in non-small cell lung cancer. The overexpression of cyclin D1 is not only related to the high differentiation rate of tumor cells, but also plays a promoting role in the process of tumor differentiation. Cyclin D2 has been confirmed as a proto-oncogene and is necessary for the G1 phase to metastasize to the S phase. Cyclin D3 has not been confirmed as a proto-oncogene. This article briefly reviewed the relationship between cyclin D expression and lung cancer.
