一年来我区各级党委和政府,认真落实中央关于进一步加强新疆稳定工作的指示精神,坚决打击民族分裂主义和非法宗教活动,扭转局部地区治安混乱状况,取得了重大胜利。实践充分证明了中央这个论断是无比英明和完全正确的,它得到了新疆广大干部和群众的热烈拥护和一致赞同,并已成为全疆各族人民的共识。当前,结合新疆稳定工作的实际,重新学习和领会中央关于维护新疆稳定的重要指示精神,把它作为总揽我们法院各项工作的指导思想,强化审判职能作用,服从和服务于新疆稳定这个大局,巩固和发展我区安定团结的政治局面,实现社会的长冶久安,具有十分重大的意义。
In the past year, the Party committees and governments at all levels in our region conscientiously implemented the directives of the Central Committee on further strengthening the stability in Xinjiang, resolutely cracked down on ethnic separatism and illegal religious activities, and reversed the chaos in public order in some areas and won major victories. Practice has fully proved that this assertion made by the Central Government is extremely wise and completely correct. It has been warmly endorsed and unanimously endorsed by the vast numbers of cadres and masses in Xinjiang and has become the consensus of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. At present, taking into consideration the reality of stability in Xinjiang, we have to re-learn and understand the spirit of the Central Committee’s important directive on safeguarding stability in Xinjiang, regard it as the guiding ideology that takes the various tasks of our courts, strengthen the role of judicial function, obey and serve the overall situation of stability in Xinjiang, It is of great significance to consolidate and develop the political situation of stability and unity in our district and realize the long-term peace and stability of our society.
