测定了MgF_2—caF_2—BaF_2—LiF系融盐的密度和电导率。经回归得到920℃下分子比(MgF_2/CaF_2)为1.25时密度与电导率的回归方程如下:密度d=2.7196+1.192×10~(-2)X_1-3.1×10~(-4)(X_1)~2-2.192×10~(-2)X_2+4.69×10~(-4)(X_2)~2;电导率K=1.5387-2.667×10~(-2)X_1+8.3×10~(-5)(X_1)~2+0.1419X_2-1.854×10~(-3)(X_2)~2(式中X_1、X_2表示BaF_2、LiF质量百分含量。)给出了密度。电导率随温度及成份的变化曲线和等值图。 该体系融盐可以作为液态铝阴极电解氧化镁制取铝镁合金时的电解质。
The density and conductivity of MgF_2-caF_2-BaF_2-LiF system were measured. The regression equation of density and conductivity at a molecular weight ratio (MgF 2 / CaF 2) of 1.25 at 920 ℃ is as follows: density d = 2.7196 + 1.192 × 10 -2 × 1 -3.1 × 10 -4 (X 1 ) ~ 2-2.192 × 10 ~ (-2) X_2 + 4.69 × 10 ~ (-4) (X_2) ~ 2, and the conductivity K = 1.5387-2.667 × 10 -2 × 8.3 × 10 ~ 5) (X_1) ~ 2 + 0.1419X_2-1.854 × 10 ~ (-3) (X_2) ~ 2 (where X_1 and X_2 are the mass percentages of BaF_2 and LiF).
