随着我国国民经济的快速腾飞以及社会的不断进步,人口数量的急剧上升带动了建筑事业的繁荣发展,房屋建筑的数量也在不断增多,而且尤其是在当下土地资源紧缺的现实状况之下,如何以最少的城市空间利用以满足大多数居民的需求成为建筑企业所关心的焦点问题,所以高层建筑的出现以及日益普及正是缓解当下城市空间紧缺的有效途径之一。高层建筑不仅能节约城市空间,提高城市土地的利用效率,而且也能在一定程度上促进我国国民经济的健康发展。然而,在具体的生活实践当中,房屋质量存在瑕疵屡见不鲜,各种房屋坍塌以及墙壁出现裂缝的报道不胜枚举,而造成上述问题在很大程度上是由于建筑地基基础施工存在漏洞,进而导致高层建筑的质量存在隐患,而且高层建筑一般施工周期较长,建筑物的高度过高,所以高层建筑对于地基基础的深度要求比较严格,而现实中的开放商为了实现将经济效益的最大化,往往在打地基的时候忽视低级的安全深度要求,故此导致高层建筑的施工质量难以得到保障。本文首先对高层建筑的地基基础进行概念解析,进而对当下我国高层建筑地基基础施工技术进行浅析,最后针对地基基础施工技术存在的问题提出几点浅见以供参考。

High-rise buildings can not only save the urban space, improve the utilization efficiency of urban land, but also promote the healthy development of our national economy to a certain extent. However, there are many flaws in the quality of housing in the concrete life practice. There are many reports on the collapse of houses and the cracks in the walls. The problems caused by these problems are largely due to the loopholes in the foundation construction of the building foundation, The quality of the building is hidden, and the general construction period of tall buildings is long and the height of the buildings is too high. Therefore, the deep requirements of high-rise buildings on the foundations of the foundation are relatively strict. However, in order to maximize the economic benefits, When laying foundation, the low level of safety depth is neglected. As a result, the construction quality of high-rise buildings is hard to be guaranteed. In this paper, the concept of foundation foundation of high-rise buildings is firstly analyzed, and then the foundation construction technology of high-rise buildings in our country is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the problems of foundation foundation construction technology.
