中职学校日趋成为我国教育体系的关键部分,然而中职学校中专班主任未能形成与学生家庭的互动教育,这严重影响了我国中职学校整体教育水准的攀升。依据中职学校班主任管理的特点,深层次分析如何构建与学生家庭的互动教育模式进而寻找适合其发展的解决对策势在必行。本文根据我国中职学校班主任管理的现状,对如何有效地提升其与学生家庭的互动教育进行了剖析,力图实现班主任与家庭的互动,进而推动中职教育的发展。
Secondary vocational schools are increasingly becoming a key part of our education system. However, secondary school teachers in secondary vocational schools failed to form interactive education with their families, which seriously affected the overall education level of secondary vocational schools in our country. According to the characteristics of the headmaster management in secondary vocational schools, it is imperative to deeply analyze how to construct an interactive education model with the students’ families to find a suitable solution to their development. Based on the status quo of class teacher management in secondary vocational schools in our country, this paper analyzes how to effectively improve the interactive education between students and their families in order to realize the interaction between teacher and family and further promote the development of secondary education.
