利用Biolog ECO微孔板技术,从微生物功能多样性的角度,通过田间试验研究树脂膜和硫膜控释尿素对小麦近根区土壤微生物多样性的影响。研究结果表明:硫膜控释尿素在培养初期提高了小麦近根区土壤微生物利用单一碳源的能力,但随着时间延续逐渐降低,而树脂膜控释尿素则越来越强;在N300 kg/hm2条件下,硫膜控释尿素对全部碳源利用能力最高,在N210 kg/hm2条件下树脂膜控释尿素最高;在两种施氮量条件下,培养初期均为硫膜控释尿素有利于提高小麦近根区土壤微生物群落的多样性。
Biolog ECO microplate technique was used to study the effects of resin film and sulfur-controlled-release urea on soil microbial diversity in the near-root zone of wheat from the perspective of microbial functional diversity. The results showed that sulfur controlled release urea enhanced the utilization of single carbon source in soil microbes near the root zone of wheat in the early stage of culture, but decreased with time, while controlled release urea was more and more strong at N300 kg / hm2, sulfur controlled release urea has the highest ability to utilize all the carbon sources, and the controlled release urea is the highest under the condition of N210 kg / hm2. Under the two conditions of nitrogen application, the sulfur controlled release urea It is helpful to improve the diversity of soil microbial community near the root zone of wheat.
