秦港九公司的党建工作,是在“围绕中心做工作,进入管理起作用”的基本思路下,通过五个服务维度,坚持把党组织作为服务生产和社会的有力阵地,把培养、推广公司各类先进代表作为服务职工成长的价值坐标,进而使党建工作更加适应改革攻坚的需要,助力港口改革和生产发展。这种党建模式在公司经营实践的检验中,具备一定的可操作性,对基层党组织的建设具有一定的参考意义。
